Autochair Ltd Partner Agreement 2016

THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN:

  1. Autochair Ltd of Wood Street North, Meadow Lane Industrial Estate, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7JR. ("AC LTD");
  2. Name and Address of Partner ("You");
  1. Lead Referral
    • AC LTD agrees to act on your behalf as your preferred partner for the referral of Car Adaptation enquiries.
    • AC LTD agrees to actively work each individual enquiry on a case by case basis.
    • Each lead will be inserted into AC LTD's database and we will commit to a consistent level of contact by letter, phone or email in order to develop the enquiries through to conclusion.
    • Leads can be accepted by Web, email, fax or phone from you.
  2. Autochairs Commitment to you
    • Contact will be made with each enquiry within 24 hours of the lead being referred.
    • AC LTD will keep you updated weekly on each individual enquiry either by email or phone call, whichever is preferable to you.
    • A dedicated Partner Team Internal account manager will be assigned to your account.
    • The lead referred will be handled with due care and attention, the customer’s requests and needs will be the main priority at all times.
    • Under no circumstances will the customers feel pressurised or intimidated into making a decision to buy by AC LTD.
    • A Free home demonstration of products and services will be offered to all potential customers.
    • Free Point of Sale literature will be provided by AC LTD for all marketing activities, this includes leaflets, posters, free standing POS display unit, window stickers, pull-up banners, inserts and product dispatch literature.
  3. "YOU" THE PARTNERS COMMITMENT
    • A full set of enquiry details would be required by you to assist in gaining the best result from each individual enquiry.
    • The full set of Data will be Name, Address, Postcode, email address and full telephone contact details being either landline, mobile or both.
    • Details of the customer’s mobility issues and urgency of enquiry would also be essential to ensure the best service is administered by AC LTD to the potential customer.
    • AC Ltd would reasonably expect to be the sole recipient when receiving lead referrals for Car Adaptations.
    • If a lead referral is passed to another company other than AC LTD the expected conversion outcomes will be greatly reduced and the overall service to the customer will be in jeopardy.
  4. COMMISSIONS & PAYMENT TERMS
    • AC LTD will pay a commission of 20% for all leads that result in an installation.
    • Payment will be made after a cooling off period of "14 days after installation" has been adhered to, payment will usually then be processed within 30 days after installation date.
    • Payment can made by BACS or Cheque under the direct request from you.
    • In the event of no request from you the payment will revert to payment by Cheque.
    • In the event of the customer being processed through the Motability Scheme the commission payment will revert to 15%.
  5. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
    • Either party may terminate this agreement with not less than 30 days’ prior written notice.
  6. DATA PROTECTION & CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
    • Both parties agree to abide by the Data Protection Act 1998 in all activities relating to this agreement.
    • AC LTD will not pass details or sensitive information to third parties unless directly instructed too by the customer.
  7. FINAL DECISION
    • The final decision on commission payments will be made by AC LTD.
